Sons of Ferdinand:
Sons of Ferdinand is a dynamic indie-rock band influenced by '90s college-rock and MTV's 120 Minutes drawing inspiration from legends like Teenage Fanclub, The Lemonheads, and Guided by Voices. With only a few shows under their belt, they're already making a name for themselves with their unique blend of vintage and modern sounds, melody-driven songs, thoughtful lyrics, and catchy hooks. The multi-generational band is comprised of Lino (guitar/vox), Reylan (bass), and Royce (drums). Be sure to catch them at their next show to experience their passion for the genre and drive to make their mark in the music world. Their debut self-titled EP drops on February 24th.
Tom Price Desert Classic:
Is a four piece punk-based garage/swamp rock band formed in 2009 in Seattle, WA, featuring veteran musicians Tom Price (vocals /guitar), Martin Bland (drums), Joe Kilbourne (bass) and Don Blackstone (guitar). Former bands of the TPDC members include Northwest legends the U-Men, Gas Huffer, the Earaches, the Derelicts, Monkeywrench and Lubricated Goat. Their 1st album, HELL, was released in late August, 2014, by Von Bismarck Records. A favorite in the Pacific Northwest, they've continued to bring their intense and entertaining rock and roll stage show to eager audiences for well over a decade.
Girl Trouble:
GIRL TROUBLE is a long-running rock band from Tacoma, Washington, including KP Kendall (vocals), Kahuna (guitar), Dale Phillips (bass) and Bon Von Wheelie (drums). Playing their first show on March 9th, 1984 they have gone on to release vinyl albums and singles on Northwest labels K, Sub Pop, PopLlama, eMpTy and their own Wig Out! label. They’ve played in just about every Pacific Northwest venue with most every band you've ever heard of, striving to “put on a show” every time they take the stage. In addition to records the band also published 24 issues of the fanzine Wig Out! Girl Trouble has toured US, Canada and Europe and continues to play shows all over the Pacific Northwest. They are in the process of releasing a compilation of various songs that have been recorded over the years. This is their 39th year of rock.
